Conventional FSW
The conventional Friction Stir Weld tool is developed for a wide variety of markets and product structures. It can weld many materials such as aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, and copper alloys. It is typically used in industrial fields, rail transit, aerospace, and vehicle parts: water cooling plates, radiators, battery trays, motor shells, and wheels are easily made with conventional FSW.
